Meditation for Teens

Had enough of all the stress? Want to perform better in your classes, at sports or in the arts? Mindfulness practice can be very helpful and even fun! Come relax in a friendly environment and learn some indispensable meditation techniques! Nancy Floy, President and Owner of Heartwood Center for Body Mind Spirit and a certified Meditation Instructor will teach a half hour of meditation to youth in the Loft.  Participants will learn simple techniques to help lower stress and bring more focus for the mind and body.

Grades 6-12.
