altMiss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, by Ransom Riggs. 2011.

Through a series of bizarre photographs we learn about the children who have lived and survived their “gifts” at Miss Peregrine’s home on a tiny island off the coast of Wales. Once Jacob realizes he can go back and forth between their lives and his own, he begins to see his relationship with his Grandfather very differently. Why did his Grandfather have to live on the island?  Follow the pictures to find out!
