| Description: | The Evanston Art Center offers over 90 art classes for children and adults. Classes include: ceramics, drawing and painting, fiber, jewelry, metal sculpture, photography, printmaking, digital video, motion graphics, web design, animation, and sculpture. Provides outreach programs to children in the after-school child care program in District 65 schools, Family Focus, and nursing homes.
EAC hosts 6-8 art exhibitons each year. The Art Center's arts education summer program immerses children in the exciting world of contemporary art; two sessions for children and youth ages 4 through 18. |
