Description: Open to anyone interested in researching African American genealogy; members meet to share research and tips. Members also discuss the writings of such authors as W.E.B.DuBois, Larry Koger and Joel Williamson as well as topics of interest such as slavery in New York, Reconstruction and the Great Migration.
Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Levy Center, 300 Dodge Ave., Evanston.

Description: Welcomes anyone interested in learning more about Texas Instruments computers. Focus is on the TI-99/4, TI99/4A, TI-99/5, TI-99/8, CC-40, and 9640. Each month there are demonstrations of programs and tutorials.
Notes: Meets on the first Saturday of each month,except in July and August, at the Evanston Public Library. Annual summer picnic.
The Chicago TI International World Faire is held each Fall, usually on the first
or second weekend in November, also at the Library.

Description: The club sponsors a variety of group rides and special programs. Rides are offered for any level of ability, from beginner to the most experienced riders, and are open to all cyclists 16 years old or older with bicycles in safe working order. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Sponsors the North Shore Century held on the third Sunday in September.

Description: The Jazzercise workout program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing movements into one 60-minute total body workout choreographed to popular music. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30-minute cardio section, strength segment with weights and a stretch finale. Classes offered several times during the week and Saturday mornings.
