| Description: | The club sponsors a variety of group rides and special programs. Rides are offered for any level of ability, from beginner to the most experienced riders, and are open to all cyclists 16 years old or older with bicycles in safe working order. | Description: | The Jazzercise workout program combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing movements into one 60-minute total body workout choreographed to popular music.
