| Description: | Evanston/Skokie Valley Senior Services provides a broad range of social services to older adults and their families at no charge or very low cost. Clients may be seen in their homes by a professional staff of case managers and counselors. Staff are also based at Evanston Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, Rush North Shore Hospital, Evanston's Levy Activity Center, Evanston's Fleetwood-Jourdain Nutrition Site, and Evanston's Ebenezer-Primm Towers. The agency serves Evanston, Skokie, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, and Niles east of Harlem Avenue. |

Membership is currently open to adults over age 60 in Evanston and Wilmette. Annual dues are $540 for an individual and $680 for a household. |
