Description: General medical services, including chiropractic, pediatrics, internal medicine, and prenatal care for low and moderate income patients. Walk-ins are accepted in cases of severe illness, but appointments are otherwise required.

Description: Non-profit providing affordable primary health care services for low-income, uninsured individuals. Patients eligible for Access to Care must:

  • Live in SUBURBAN Cook County or northwest Chicago (west of Pulaski Road AND north of North Avenue)
  • Have family income less than 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
  • Have no health insurance (or a deductible of $500 or more per person) and be ineligible for Medicare, Medicaid, All Kids, or FamilyCare.
  • Registered patients are referred to partcipating doctors.

    Description: The All Kids program offers Illinois uninsured children comprehensive healthcare that includes doctors visits, hospital stays, prescription drugs, vision care, dental care and medical devices like eyeglasses and asthma inhalers. Parents pay monthly premiums for the coverage, but rates for middle-income families are significantly lower than they are on the private market.
