Getting through Tough Financial Times

The University of Illinois Extension service has created a website, Getting through Tough Financial Times, to help you rethink your money management strategies and minimize the impact of these tough financial times. 

Additionally, the federal government's site, MyMoney.gov,  is dedicated to teaching all Americans the basics about financial education. Throughout the site, you will find important information from 20 Federal agencies and Bureaus designed to help you make smart financial choices.

Both sites offer good information on money matters such as buying a home, balancing your checkbook, or investing in your 401(k), managing credit, and more.
