Founded in 1969, this public charity consists of a staff of lawyers and policy specialists who use legal and policy research, advocacy, organizing, litigation and collaboration with non-profits, business, community and governmental organizations to improve Affordable Housing, Public Housing, Public Education and Political Reform.
