Conference Rooms

Conference rooms for 1-4 people are available at the Main Library and the Robert Crown Branch Library.

  • Can be reserved up to a week a head of time
  • Limit is 2 hours
  • Can be reserved by phone (847-448-8635) , in person or online.
  • No cost to reserve
  • No residency restrictions

Public Meeting Room Rentals

There are four public meeting rooms available to rent at the Main Library.

  • Rooms can be rented by phone (847-448-8635),  in person or online.
  • Applicants must be 18 or older
  • Once Library staff approved the rental then the person or organization will be charged.
  • The person submitting the application form will be held responsible for all fees and damages.
  • The Library should be notified of any canceled meetings or programs.
  • See the Library’s Facilities Policy for additional room rental policies.

Virtual/hybrid event equipment $15.00

** Clean up fee if room is not cleaned up renters $25.00
