Book Discussions

The Evanston Public Library has monthly book discussion groups for readers of all interests, including: African-American Literature, History Books, Narrative Non-Fiction, Graphic Novels, Science Fiction & Fantasy and more. Check below for the date of this month’s meetings.

In addition to our monthly groups, Mission Impossible is an ongoing book discussion series with the goal of reading the world’s most difficult, “bucket-list” novels with plenty of camaraderie and support. This year our literary challenge is to tackle The Brothers Karamazov and Crime and Punishment as part of Mission Impossible: Dostoevsky. Please visit our Mission Impossible blog to register, find our reading schedule, learn about related events, and much more.

Today a reader, tomorrow a leader.
