The Victor L. Walchirk Apartments are independent living, one-bedroom unfurnished apartments with refrigerator, range, and air conditioner. The building includes library, community rooms, and occasional social or educational activities. There is a live-in custodian, 24 hour phone for maintenance emergencies, and heat is included.
Eligibility Criteria: 62 year of age or older.
Fee Policy: Rent is 30% of adjusted gross income or market rate, whichever is lower.
