Description
The urgent mission of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Inc. (FFB) is to drive the research that will provide preventions, treatments, and cures for people affected by retinitis pigmentosa (RP), macular degeneration, and the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases. The Foundation has over 50 volunteer-led groups across the US. These dedicated volunteers raise funds, increase public awareness, and provide support to their communities. The Chicago Chapter provides local newsletters, support groups, and meetings with informative speakers.
Eligibility Criteria: Anyone or family member who would like to become involved.
Fee Policy: None, but donations are accepted.
Hours of Service: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
