Drive by and drop off your new and gently used CLEAN (please, no filled in or crossed out name labels) backpacks and winter gear for pre-K through high school-aged students from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12, in the parking lot of the Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave. Volunteers also needed! Join us in the lobby of the Robert Crown Community Center from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20. We’ll have fun library activities, resources from our library social worker, plus snacks and giveaways.
