Requirements
Apply for a library card online if the following are true about you:
- You are an Evanston resident
- This is your first EPL card or you haven’t had one in the past three years.
If you would like to renew your card or get a replacement card, please visit one of our locations or give us a call at (847) 448-8605.
Adult
Select this option if you are over 18 years old.
Minor
Select this option if you are applying for a child.
