Provides job readiness training, job placement, employment support and career counseling to help youth and young adults aged 14-25, particularly those who are at-risk, to gain employment.
Programs and Services. Programs serve two distinct populations: high school youth ages 14-25 and out-of-school youth (OSY) ages 18-25.

Out of school youth programs: No charge
* Ongoing Career Advising - Individual assistance, online job searches, resume development and support for online applications.
* Job Readiness training workshops begin every two weeks on Tuesday.
* Career Pathways program: multi-week skills specific training in high growth industries including Auto Maintenance, Culinary, Healthcare, Retail and other sectors.
* Other events: hiring events, job fairs, foundations in literacy and math classes, other
* Job placement and retention support
Evanston Township High School program: No charge
* Ongoing Career Advising - Individual assistance, online job searches, resume development and support for online applications
* Job Readiness training workshops throughout the school year.
* Job placements for seasonal and summer work
* Career Planning throughout high school
* Support for graduating seniors planning on pursuing jobs, training programs, apprenticeships, etc.
