Founded in 1988, Zen Shiatsu Chicago is Chicago's oldest established shiatsu center, offering a treatment clinic, vocational training, and community wellness classes and resources. Shiatsu Therapy is a deeply relaxing touch therapy that can benefit chronic pain, stress, and internal health issues such as sleep and digestion problems. Our therapists have specialized training in helping with chronic illness and symptoms that occur during extreme stress and trauma.
