Adult Protective Services provides support to seniors and adults with disabilities and investigates any allegations of abuse or neglect. Child & Adolescent Mental Health: A program that promotes psychological, social and emotional development through individual, family, community support and linkage to psychiatric services. Family Support and Prevention: A program for Evanston residents that enhancing parenting skills and family functioning. Adoption Preservation: A program that offers home-based services for adoptive and subsidized guardianship families. Parenting Fundamentals: An evidenced-based parenting course that gives parents the skills to help their children live fulfilling and productive lives.
