The Black Business Consortium of Evanston/Northshore (BBCENS) is a group of Black business owners who have agreed to come together to share resources, network, discuss common concerns, and to facilitate support among each other. Also sponsors annual Tour de Noir, a narrated bus tour that highlights Black-owned businesses located in all nine wards of Evanston, and publishes directory of local Black-owned businesses.
