The Least Favorite Words of 2012

CliffIf you’ve had an urge to toss the term           “fiscal cliff” off the nearest precipice, you’re not alone. The words used to describe the financial problems of the US government topped the list of the most despised terms of 2012. “Words to be Banished from the Queen’s English for Misuse, Overuse and General Uselessness” is compiled each year by Lake Superior State University in Michigan. Check this article for words that you hate passionately (hint) or even a can you would like to “kick down the road” (hint). LSSU accepts suggestions from the public– keep a watch out for 2013!
