Antiracist Resources and Reads: Books for the Youngest of Readers

June 11, 2020

We received the following message from a patron last week:

“I think it would be great to include books for young children on your list of anti-racist offerings. Board books, picture books, etc. that showcase diversity and peace. Prejudice is instilled at such a young age, so a list of great books to buy and share with little kids would be wonderful to have.”

Well we just had to agree that this was a great idea. And so, without further ado, the children’s librarians of EPL have conjured up a load of books for the youngest of readers. This is a mix of titles available in our catalog and online.

Enjoy!
